Process Serving (England & Wales)
Basic – £117.60 (£98.00 + VAT)
For papers served electronically via WhatsApp and Email. And service by the postal service. Service carried out within 2 business days. Statement of service / certificate of service included. Free printing up to 10 pages. Add on postage fees.
Standard – £148.80 (£124.00 + VAT)
Standard Process Serving using personal service suitable for all non urgent papers. Free printing up to 10 pages. Up to 3 service attempts where needed. First attempt within 2-4 business days. Statement of Service or Certificate Of Service included free of charge.
Urgent – £214.80 (£179.00 + VAT)
Urgent Process Serving using personal service suitable for urgent matters including injunctions and non-molestation orders all non urgent papers. Free printing up to 10 pages. Up to 3 service attempts where needed. First attempt made same day or next day. Statement of Service or Certificate Of Service included free of charge.
Wait & Serve – £237.60 (£198.00 + VAT)
We wait for 2 hours at a residential address and attempt to personally serve a individual. Suitable for those who are difficult to track down or un expected plans. Free printing up to 10 pages. Up to 1 service attempt. Statement of Service or Certificate Of Service included free of charge.
Airport Serve – £358.80 (£299.00 + VAT)
We wait for 2 hours at any major airport and are ready to serve individuals that arrival and leave airport terminals. Suitable for those who are difficult to track down. Free printing up to 10 pages. Legal Aid – £22.08 per hour (£18.40 + VAT)
Legal Aid Process Serving throughout London billed in 15 minute increments. Mileage is in addition at £0.45 per mile or travel costs.

Visiting an individual to get forms and statements signed in person.
Business Verification Visit – £168 (£140 + VAT)
Visiting a business address to confirm if a business trades from the address and any activity. Per address, per visit.
